We have been talking about doing this the last couple of years now, and have finally gotten our act together. Although we are nowhere near big enough to offer a catalogue of alternative gift options, we have selected the 4 most pressing needs facing our current active projects:
(A) $10 - One week of food for a growing child in Pedacito de Cielo or Corazón del Pastor.
(B) $25 - One month of medical and dental care for a child at Pedacito de Cielo.
(C) $50 - A school start-up pack for one of our 22 girls living at Corazón del Pastor.
(D) $100 - Practical assistance to a rural family living in extreme poverty.
When you choose to give an alternative gift this Christmas, you will receive a photo card indicating on the back the impact your gift is making in Bolivia. The card has a blank section where you can personalize your holiday greeting as you wish and give it to your loved one(s).

Kelley's going homeWe are all super sad that these next couple of days will be the last in Kelley Journey's volunteer time with us, but we are are so grateful that she will be joining our US charity to help us raise more awareness and funds, and thus reach out to more children in need. We'll miss you Kelley!
